Open Cambridge is a celebration of our community, the heritage and history, highlighting stories of Cambridge and the surrounding area. This year it takes place from 11th–20th September. Highlights include guided tours of the Mullard Radio Astronomy Observatory, which will take place on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th September, and a talk on some of the finds from Wandlebury Country Park by the Cambridge Archaeological Unit on Tuesday 15th September. Events book up fast, so keep an eye online: the programme for 2026 will be published on Monday 10th August at 10am. Bookings will open on the same day.
