After more than two decades leading teams in the pharmaceutical industry, Nathalie Cordell swapped boardrooms for something altogether more inward. Living in rural Hertfordshire, she retrained as a psycho-spiritual coach and began writing the book she wishes she’d had during her own midlife turning point. Awakening the Sleeping Queen: How to Reclaim Your Feminine Wisdom and Power publishes on 28th April. Weaving together memoir, depth psychology, and the timeless threads of the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale, it explores what happens when high-achieving women wake up to a life that no longer fits – and what it means to begin again, more fully themselves. “I wrote it for every woman who has done everything right and still feels something is missing,” says Nathalie. “Midlife doesn’t have to be a crisis. It can be the beginning of the most authentic chapter of your life.” The book is available to pre-order now through Bows Books in Royston or online at troubador.co.uk
