The Alzheimer’s Society Together Groups are for people living with dementia or those worried about their memory, to come along with a family member, close friend or carer.
A fun, social group is held in Royston on the third and fourth Thursday of each month 10am – 12noon, at Royston Town Hall, Melbourn Street, Royston SG8 7DA.
The group is free, with a variety of stimulating, fun activities including games, puzzles, arts and crafts, chair-based sports, movement to music, plenty of music, singing and much more. Refreshments provided.
Dementia support can be offered by a Dementia Adviser and Carer Support Lead Workers, who visit the group on a regular basis.
