Hertfordshire County Council’s on-demand bus service HertsLynx has now carried out over 100,000 trips.
It is a County wide operation with our own section covering just North and East Hertfordshire.
Bounded by Royston, Baldock, Letchworth, Hitchin, Stevenage, Ware, Hertford and Bishop’s Stortford, the service provides journeys from fixed points in these towns to any of the other towns or anywhere in the dozens of villages in the North and East Herts area.
The service operates seven days a week and the maximum fare is currently £2. Journeys must be booked via the app, online, or phone and your journey may well be shared by another user(s).
