Our local area is once again in the national spotlight, when Four in a Bed featured the fabulous Red House, just down the road in Longstowe, Cambs, in early March. As well as the restaurant which is open Thursdays-Sundays for dining, The Red House has seven beautifully designed rooms and offers bed and breakfast stays throughout the week. It’s the ideal venue for when you have guests visiting or you want to treat yourself to some luxury. It’s well worth a watch to see the stunning venue, delicious food using local produce and the warm welcome and hospitality you can expect on your visit. Highland Cow Cottage (which has since moved from nearby Arrington to Willingham www.highlandcowcottage.com) also features. If you have a valid TV licence, you can watch the 5-episode series on Channel 4 on demand. The Red House is featured in episode two but we’d recommend watching all five episodes to see how the venues all got on!
